DFW Workforce Benchmarking Collaborative

DFW Workforce Benchmarking Collaborative helps community-based workforce developments programs serving Dallas and Fort Worth use client data to make improvements or drive innovation.

Local programs are able to compare client characteristics and outcomes against similar programs in the national Workforce Benchmarking database to understand how well local programs are performing.

Local program directors and frontline staff attend quarterly peer learning forums to look at short-term process results that contribute to placement and long-term retention outcomes, and to strategize on how those could be improved. Learning topics include: recruitment, employer engagement, and work readiness/job retention services.

A select group of local programs also received individualize technical assistance to strengthen job placement or retention services and employer engagement from Corporation for a Skilled Workforce.
